Needed: A commercial cleaning team of 4-5 cleaners for general Albany area. Great opportunity for a small family business or existing cleaning team of 4 - 5 people. All cleaning chemicals will be provided for your team. Monthly allocation for ongoing cleaning equipment provided. Will be responsible for 15-16 total buildings ranging in size from 500 sq/ft to 8,000 sq/ft. *Please DO NOT reply unless you are a FULL team - this is NOT a job for one person alone* - Service schedule is 7 days/week for some buildings and 2 to 5 days/week for other buildings - This is a 365 days-a-year cleaning requirement, ongoing indefinitely - Estimated start date week of March 7-11 2022 with training provided - Prefer team with floor scrubber(s) and experience running one General Scope of Work: - Vacuum, mop, floor scrub some floors - Vacuum carpeted floors and rugs - Empty trash receptacles, restock consumables - Clean bathrooms, sinks, urinals, toilets - Clean glass entries, window sills - Vacuum, clean 2-3 stairwells, 2-3 elevators - Track, restock and organize supplies - Some simple disinfecting required Compensation: $10,000/month 1099 independent contractor Additional TEAM Requirements: - EXTREMELY dependable - Reliable transportation at all times - Must have commercial cleaning experience - Must have business liability insurance (BOP) - Great work ethic and attention to detail - Stable work history with references - Able to work alone with minimal supervision - Valid driver's license or state ID - Must have a working smartphone with voicemail - Must speak english and be able to lift 50 pounds - ALL qualified applicants and teams will be interviewed online and in-person TO APPLY: **RESPOND by sending RESUME, WORK EXPERIENCE, NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS** - PLEASE RESPOND WITH ALL INFORMATION LISTED HERE TO BE CONSIDERED - Principals only.
