Need help with PC

Hello I'm having a terrible issue with my pc that I've tried everything there was I could find to try and nothing worked. I'm going to try and long story short it. I went to attempt to disassemble my pc to clean it. As it was getting dusty. When I put it back together and started it up. 8.1 gb of my 16gb is hardware reserved. No common fix has worked. Of my two dimm slots. Both my ram sticks boot in the first slot separately. And boots when both are in. But neither boot if in 2nd slot alone.. I've tried for weeks and still nothing.
