Kitten rehabilitater needed

We have a kitten that is 3/4 Maine coon 1/4th ragdoll. He was born with what appeared to be one twisted paw but as he aged the other twisted in. He is 4 weeks old. I have been working with him to try and help the tendons loosen but he needs someone that knows what they are doing if he is he is have any chance at rehabilitation. I know with work he can be perfectly normal I just don't know how to get him there and I fear if he gets too much older it will be too late and now momma is starting to reject him. If you can help him please let me know
