Asking for assistance paying our water bill. Weve been living at our new place for 6 months and thought the landlord was taking care of the utilities, but we was wrong. We have a 7 month old baby, with no car. So we have no way to work right now and they want payed 425 in full. Just praying someone answers this. Thank you
