Apartment Maintenance Manager / Supervisor - $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS Do you want to lead our Maintenance team at Lexington Park Apartments in Columbus, OH? Come explore Monarch! Responsibilities: -Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority -Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC -Monthly budget analysis with Property Manager -Manage and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance program -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system -Managing bids and planning major repairs from third party vendors Requirements: -HVAC experience preferred -EPA certification preferred -High school diploma or equivalent -2+ years’ experience in the maintenance field -1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred -Experience managing 2+ employees -Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience -Experience with light plumbing and electrical work -Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) Benefits and Compensation: - Competitive pay - Bonus structure - $10.00 every day on call for emergency maintenance - Tuition reimbursement program - Power tool and Tool reimbursement program - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
