Check out our website www.senormist.com We are seeking an individual with general mechanical skills, whose main responsibility will be to LEAD a crew and delegate work to install and maintain high pressure mist systems and install electric radiant heaters. Prior leadership experience is necessary, you will be trained about mist systems on the job, but if you have electrical mechanical and plumbing, small pump/motor experience that would be highly valued. We offer medical, dental and vision benefits. Hours are Monday-Friday (with occasional Saturdays), 7:00 am -- 3:30 pm. Overtime during busy season. Pay is dependent upon experience. Skills / Requirements The right candidate will possess the following: • Must have excellent customer service skills. • Be able to LEAD a crew and delegate work with a positive attitude. • Dependable with reliable transportation to and from work. • A quick learner with the ability to follow written and oral instructions. • Time management skills -- Organized with attention to detail. • Ability to lift 60 pounds. Good physical condition; ability to perform tasks that require significant lifting, standing, bending reaching, stooping, up and down ladders, pushing and/or pulling, and working in an outdoor environment under some temperature extremes. • A self-starter with proven leadership skills, problem solving skills, the ability to work independently as well as be a leader of a team. • Ability to meet deadlines.
