Phoenix area Powder Coater is expanding, looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to fill two full-time positions ASAP. We are a business that is growing rapidly and we have an urgent opening to prepare and monitor our product for Powder Coating. The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills: —Motivated individual who is willing to learn —Previous experience with powder coat painting (2 years preferred) —Previous experience Sandblasting, cleaning and prepping material for powder coating is a plus. —Forklift experience a plus, but not required, will train —Able to work in the heat — Looking for physically fit individuals, able to lift heavy items, up to 75 lbs —Frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50 lbs. —Work 40 hours a week —Ability to wear a respirator as needed; —Ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment (including hot, cold and/or noisy areas); Essential Responsibilities: Prepare parts for coating including, cleaning and masking. Inspects parts for defects. Ensure safety guidelines are being met to ensure a safe work environment. Load and unload parts or product onto racks or fixtures. General Info: —Work schedule starts early to beat the heat, and vary slightly based on season. Generally Monday-Friday with a few Saturdays required as necessary to meet deadlines during busy season. —Good pay with time-and-a half overtime opportunities. —Weekly paychecks —On the job, paid training —Direct Deposit —Paid Sick and Vacation time —Paid holidays
