Alexander Concrete Coatings, LLC is looking for full-time Concrete Coating Installers! Experience in the industry is not required but helps! If you are willing to work hard, be on time, work as a team, and be attentive to details, this may be the position for you! This hourly position requires you to work Monday through Friday with possibility of Saturday work if weather delays an install during the week. Start time is usually 7 am sharp. You will work an install from start to finish, performing each task to completion. Precision and ability to follow direction are extremely important. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, clean and presentable, laser focused on the fine details, and willing to learn and work as a team. We are dedicated to installing a beautiful, reliable, and durable concrete coating on EVERY job and expect every employee to follow this mission. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and be able to work on hands and knees when required. Job-related PPE must be worn per the specifications of each job. Must be drug free and willing to pass a drug screening at the request of management. Installers report to the Production Manager and General Manager. Pay is commensurate on previous experience and starts at $15 per hour. After 90 days, pay will be reevaluated based on progression. PTO and Profit Share are available when seniority is reached.
