Need someone to do some work freshening up my units asap - Painting - Plaster repair - Move trash - Clean You don't need tools, but will have to do the work my way. I can train, but prefer if you some skills Requirements: - Live nearby. - Good attitude - On time. - Only respond if *you* want to do the work. (No subcontracting or referrals) - Be ready to show up for whatever work needs to be done. Clean floors, plaster, move trash, paint, whatever - No estimates, no by the job.
