Office Assistant for interior design, construction and facility maintenance company part time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner, pick up supplies, etc. Responsibilities: • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic. • Assist in handling office requests. • Experienced in or good organizing skills. Qualifications: • Great presentation, business casual. • Need to have experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. • Bilingual Spanish 50% (not required) / English 100%. • have reliable transportation with insurance (will pay mileage). • Interior design/ decorating skills is a plus (Not required).
