Delivery Driver needed in North Austin!   Temp to Hire   $19.00 hour   Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm     Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule; Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck; Obeys all traffic laws and follows established traffic procedures; Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures; Observe and report customer information, including customer buying habits and competitive intrusion; Other duties as assigned; Perform other duties as directed by Management; Fill customer orders and ready them for delivery; Verifies the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers; Load Parts trucks in a safe manner, securing all items in the bed of the truck; Retrieve parts returns and report them to Parts Manager or responsible Counter Person; Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operates the vehicle within the safety guidelines; Presents bill and receipts and collects payment for goods delivered or loaded; Pick up parts and equipment from customers, satellite stores, and vendors per; Follow all delivery and pick-up processes and protocol to ensure compliance and accuracy.   Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving record; Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; Excellent customer service skills; Must be detail oriented; Ability to drive vehicles with a standard (manual) and automatic transmission; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Excellent organizational skills; Ability to occasionally lif50 pounds   To apply, please email [email protected]   L.K.
