Quaker Parrot. He is in good feather. Healthy and likes attention. He can be loud at times like a normal Quaker. He is not hand tame and his wings have not been clipped. Would like to see him go to someone with other birds, or bird experience. Not sure of sex, I call him a boy. Rehoming fee does apply. Call or text .
