Full time Mon-Fri 9-5 Apartment maintenance, plumbing, cabinets, prep for new move-ins, work orders, snow removal, etc. Compensation commensurate with experience $17-$22/hour Must have maintenance experience, tools, and valid driver's license & transportation. Most work will be at one location, but sometimes will have to go to another property. Toledo area only - NO long distance!
