Service Writer/Service Advisor Assistant Triangle Equipment Company is looking for a talented Assistant Service Writer to join our team in Morrisville, NC. RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer customer calls and messages • Contact customers upon Service completion • Check in client equipment for service • Collect key information of customer Service needs • Create repair order tickets, and update service order throughout repair process • Work with Service Management on organization of repair tickets QUALIFICATIONS • Familiarity with Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills • Understands the importance of providing a high level of customer service • Bilingual skills a plus but not necessary • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • $20-$24/hour, based on experience • Health insurance, vision insurance, life insurance • 401K with company match • Paid vacation • 40-hour week, Monday – Friday daytime TO APPLY Please call Brian at 919.596.1995 to discuss your qualifications or Reply with your resume.
