Has several upcoming medical studies for people of all ages and backgrounds. We are looking for general medical information to help us find people for these upcoming studies. Eligible study participants will be compensated for sharing their time and opinions upon participation. If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify. None of these questions are required to be answered; however, by answering more questions we are better able to determine your eligibility for upcoming research, and therefore will increase your chances of being selected to participate. Please do not feel obligated to answer any questions you are not comfortable with.
