From the City of Dexter: November 7, 2019 Dexter's Central Street Re-Opened To Traffic Central Street has reopened to traffic as of 2 pm today (November 7, 2019). Due to the low temperatures and precipitation, some of the pavement markings were not able to be completed. These will likely not be finished until Spring.
