I don't know why this gets flagged, someone help me out here. I'm needing to rehome a female chiweenie. She is black with a white paw, 5 months old. Someone explain this to me. I see all kinds of people selling puppies but I get flagged trying to rehome a pup someone surrendered to me because they couldn't care for her (went to nursing home)
