The Medve Group, Inc. has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician at the Arts Apartments at Bluebonnet Place!!! Responsibilities: • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community HVAC systems • Reports any concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Supervisor Requirements: • HVAC/EPA certification and experience with repairs/installs • Must be able to perform on-call duties • Prior industry/relevant experience is needed Incentives: • $19/hr+ • Great benefits • 35% housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holiday’s • Paid parental leave Experienced techs may submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our careers page at for immediate consideration.
