ALBANY, CA — Grab the popcorn! The Albany FilmFest has a week planned, starting Wednesday, to showcase its "Best of the Best" prizewinning films from past annual festivals. Showings will be online Sept. 23 to Sept. 30, and can be viewed at any time for free. The Albany FilmFest, which marked its 10th year in June, is an international juried festival of short films of all genres as an annual showcase for emerging filmmakers. On the upcoming "Best of the Best" agenda: BEST OF THE BEST OF THE FEST 2011-2019 SHOW 1 THE GREAT MIGRATION: Thomas Lee • My Own Private Albany (5:40) An animated bird's-eye view of Our Fair City.
