We are looking for an easy going person to join the team. Fabrication and welding experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train and guide the new team members. If the person has the right set of mind we can train to: Mig weld Stick weld Flux core weld Cut Grind Drill Punch Shear Oxyfuel cutting Fabricate Read blueprints Etc. The new team member has to be humble and hungry to learn new things, be a good listener, be clean cut and goal oriented. Bilingual is a plus (englisn and spanish) If you already have experience come on in, that is even better. We service mainly the construction industry, so will be learning also a lot about construction. Women are welcome.
