I just talked to this guy. Don't waste your time with him, he knows nothing about bands, music or the business. No experience in music, running or booking a band... He wants to do 1920's through 1960's???? WOW!!! He doesn't believe you need vocals to do oldies, either!!! He doesn't have a PA, or any idea where, or how, to book an oldies band. What he really wants is some lackys to boss around. Don't waste your time with this loser!
