Cessco Inc is in search of a full time Yard Associate. We are the largest distributor of light construction equipment in the Pacific Northwest and we are continuing to grow year after year. Why? Because we service what we sell and we have a very diverse and unique product line that separates us from rest of the competition. We are a commercial customer only rental company. We are a open Monday-Friday from 7:00AM - 5:00PM and are closed all major holidays. The shift we are looking to fill is from 8am-5pm M-F Job duties include; * Assemble and test new equipment prior to sale. We test everything before it leaves. Making sure it make's it to the job in working order. * Keeping * Use a forklift to offload freight from delivery trucks. * Help with loading & unloading customer vehicles. * Maintain and organize the equipment warehouse. * Pull customer orders for equipment rentals. * Good communication with the shop office and fellow lot associates is an absolute must. * Closing down the lot, locking doors and putting equipment away in a secure location. Those are the basics to get started, we are looking for someone who is motivated and wants to move up within the company. We value long term employee's and offer many benefits to encourage this. This is an entry level position, but we offer many opportunity's to grow within the company. Most of our long term employees started out in an entry level roll and have moved up within the company. The right applicant should have basic customer service skills and the ability to use a computer. Previous warehouse or forklift experience is appreciated, but not required. We are happy to train the right person. With such a large spread of inventory, we cant expect someone to know all the ins and outs of our business from the get go.
