I have a property with two units on it. One is upstairs and heats upstairs, the other is outside and heats the main floor(not currently working). House has an oil furnace. First I need to get the heat on the main floor working. I may have a leak in the oil tank. Need someone to troubleshoot that. Second, if I already have two units on the house, there has to be a way to get heat in the basement. The furnace is in the basement.
