Rehoming 5 mo old Gorgeous male dog

Armin is about 5 months old, completely house broken, walks extremely well on leash, even thru crowded grocery stores. He has very good manners, knows all his commands. He even rides well in a car. He wonderful with kids and cats, too. I really hate to rehome him but I'm currently staying with my mom and step-father, and my step-dad says he has to go today. I'm asking for a small rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home.
