Job description We are looking for someone who has basic hand tool experience. Must be able to bend, lift and carry 50lbs. This is a somewhat temperature controlled area, fans are also in place. We are working inside an insulated building. This job is for: Simple Maintenance and Office/warehouse cleaning. Job duties include but not limited to: Mopping hard surfaces daily, vacuuming carpeted areas daily, cleaning of windows, countertops and any wiping down any other flat surfaces. Fixing clogged toilets, repairing toilets including valves, handles, seats and tops. Removing all trash daily from office and warehouse area. Using shop vacuum in warehouse picking up debris. Any and all cleaning duties required by the continuous operation of office and warehouse. Must be able to replace A/C filters in the office using a ladder and also changing commercial air filters using a scissor lift. Training will be provided along with proper safety equipment. Must be able to use simple tools Must be able to complete simple tasks Must be able to follow instructions Must be willing to follow safety protocols at all times Must be able to show up Mon- Fri 7am to 4pm NO DRUGS will be tolerated. - TERMINABLE OFFENSE NO PHONES while working - TERMINABLE OFFENSE Butterflies who stop to visit and slow production will be terminated.
