Aloha! We are a locally owned custom home builder located in Waipio currently looking for a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Manager. Schedule: Day shift start time between at 6AM and 7am. 40 hours. Job Duties: Conducting truck inspections daily Operating company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner Perform general maintenance of vehicles : fueling, adding fluids, detailing, report any damages Organize pick up and delivery schedule of requested materials to expedite deliveries Pack and load products on the trucks, properly securing cargo as needed. Maintain ongoing, safe communication with supervisors Deliver and unload materials at each job location Complete logs, reports, and organize and submit receipts Perform laborer duties onsite and in shop after deliveries Clean and maintain company compound including warehouse and office areas Maintain company tool inventory Ability to complete basic tool repairs and vehicle diagnostics and maintenance a plus but not required. Requirements: Must be capable of working quickly and independently. Must be able to manage time efficiently. Must be neat in appearance with clean work habits and friendliness towards others. Must be 21 or over. Current driver's license, a clean driver's abstract. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and secure load. High attention to detail. Dependable and focused with excellent communication and organizational skills Basic handyman skills (changing light bulbs, light tool repair), basic mechanical aptitude, ability to run a forklift and drivers license endorsements will be required at the top end of the pay scale.
