Kauai Z Tourz is a snorkel and whale watch tour company located in Koloa. We offer south side snorkel tours from our Zodiac boat as well as the shore, whale watches in the winter, and Na Pali coast tours during the summer. We are looking to hire new guides starting immediately. Please review the description and requirements to see if you would be a good fit for our team. *POSITION: • Snorkel guide/boat crew on south side and Na Pali Coast tours • Part-time and Full-time Positions *DESCRIPTION: Lead guests on guided snorkel tours from a 25' Zodiac as well as from the shore. Responsible for gear fitting, orientation, and guest safety while in water. Help spot Humpback whales and dolphins while entertaining guests. Proper cleaning and storage of all equipment used on tours. *REQUIREMENTS: • Must be a strong swimmer with experience in Hawaiian waters • Must be able to pull multiple people through water if needed • Current CPR certification (we will certify right candidate) • Must have own snorkel gear • Must be able to pass USCG drug test • Reliable; able to be present for scheduled shifts or available for coverage when needed • A good attitude; have the ability to interact appropriately with a range of different people • Knowledge of sea life and ocean conservation is a plus *BENEFITS: • Up to $300/day plus tips • Medical and Dental coverage • Pay raises at 6 months & 1 year • Flexible scheduling • Possible internship for scuba diving guide If you are interested in joining our team, please send a resume with your potential start date.
