Embrace: A Motherhood Collective
As a BIPOC mother or woman, are you feeling supported during your postpartum journey? Do you feel you will be supported during postpartum? What does your postpartum journey mean to you?
Embrace focuses on the BIPOC maternal community, helping you understand your postpartum journey and the importance of recovery for overall mental and physical health. Recovery is not only physical but mental as well. Being in your postpartum journey is a new step into motherhood, whether with your 1st baby or after multiple, each birth is different and provides a different postpartum experience. For our moms who have lost a child, your postpartum journey is even more important and should be recognized.
Embrace is here to support you through one of the toughest times of being a woman and mother. We aim to teach the importance of your postpartum journey and ways to reduce stress and strain, while recovering and finding yourself as a new mother after having a baby.
Please join us as we discuss ways to love on you, give yourself support, find support and resources, and be the best version of you while being a mother and woman after birth.
