An evening of honest self expression to empower women to be true to themselves and be heard. Stop bottling it all up inside!! Art, music, comedy, and more can be a constructive way to express who you are and what you are feeling. Whenever we're engaged in creativity, we're present in the moment and this presence allows us to get in touch with our emotions and express them. Join Christine for an evening of honest self expression in an empowering, non judgmental environment, Join other women just like you, in expressing yourself through comedy, artistry, written word, poetry, music or more. Bring your expressive (and some wine if you choose,) for an evening of fun, community and connection in our safe, relaxing and fun Center. Refreshments will be served.
