Description

Miss Priss is a senior girl in her Golden years. She doesn't do a lot of playing these days, she prefers to sleep the day away. She is a sweet cat who enjoys some attention who will let you know when she's had enough. She can get a little cranky and will then go right back to sleep. She lives with other cats including young Jasper. She does sometimes have to remind him that she is the boss and isn't interested in his playful shenanigans. Although Priss is perfectly happy living out her days at PAWS, we wish for her to have a full time family, a quiet home that gives her plenty of time & space for naps! For more information on our adoptions or to see Miss Priss's webpage, visit http://www.PawsOfHertfordCounty.org. Our process: If you are interested in Miss Priss or any of our adorable adoptables, please fill out an adoption application here: https://www.pawsofhertfordcounty.org/forms/. An adoption counselor will be in contact with you following the submission of your application. If approved, they will arrange a meet and greet at one of our monthly trips to Chesapeake or at our shelter. Visits to the shelter are by appointment only, as we are a volunteer-run rescue organization. All PAWS cats are spayed/neutered and current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. All cats and kittens are tested for FIV/FELV. All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
