Gentle stretching to a cozy cocoon soundbath Join Jessie for a suspending sound bath experience. Beginning with a gentle yin flow on the ground, we’ll move into a soul-recharging sound bath while hanging in the yoga sling! Singing bowls will envelop your senses while silk cocoons you in the air. Space is very limited for this suspended sensory experience! Coil is a collaboration of yoga, dance, aerial, and movement instructors seeking to create and hold space for performers and yoga practitioners of all paths. Coil offers beginner level, intermediate, and advanced flow style yoga classes, levels 1 and 2 in American Tribal Style® Belly Dance and Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, and beginner and intermediate level classes in Aerial Silk Acrobatics.
