We hope to return to Olympia in 2023 for an engaging, empowering day. We will set up meetings with your district legislators, and give you talking points and issue briefs to help you prepare for conversations with legislators. There is no charge to attend, though we welcome donations to help offset the cost!
IMPORTANT: Please provide your home address when registering so that we can schedule meetings with legislators in your district. If you prefer to meet with legislators who serve the district your clinic is in, please provide your office address.
The Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (WCAAP) advocates for Washington’s children, their families, and their health care providers. More than 1100 pediatric health care providers from around the state, including general pediatricians, sub-specialists, hospitalists, family physicians and advanced practice providers are members of the WCAAP.
