Kismet Acupuncture & Apothecary PRESENTS... Full Moon Reiki Sound Bath with Jo-Anne & Stephanie Saturday, February 12, 2022 2pm to ~3:30pm $35 per guest. Sound is a powerful tool that can help wash away stress and enhance mental clarity and physical vitality. Reiki Masters, Jo-Anne Suriel and Stephanie Pereira Lima, will lead us through gentle movement, and a brief guided contemplation and meditation before diving into a Reiki and sound healing experience. While resting on the floor (with optional props) or in a supported seat, we’ll be immersed in a harmonic journey to help release energetic blocks and find deep rest, relaxation, and inspiration. Participants will receive Reiki healing energy--bringing the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into balance--while taking in therapeutic vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, drums, medicine songs, and more. You’ll rediscover your glow and illuminate your own abundant, healing energy as we reflect on the full moon. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Masks required.
