Saturday, March 5 Holy Communion Lutheran Church 6220 Portsmouth Blvd Portsmouth, VA 23701 12-2 p.m. Bring your favorite teddy bear or other stuffed friend to have some fun! Girls will create a custom tutu for their favorite teddy and learn about the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Meanwhile, parents will get all their questions answered about joining Girl Scouts Register today!
