Ladies Night Out! Reuniting and it feels so good. Let's dance and celebrate at this 90 min dance/fitness gathering. Hello there ladies! It has been too long since we last put that "werk" in. We have secured a location to simply let our hair down and shake a tail feather or two . There will be bar service available throughout the event, but plan to bring a water bottle and show up ready to sweat and move like a regular FITSTRIP class. In order to use the venue we will be collecting a small fee of $10. All equipment, mats, poles, and chairs will be available. The room is closed off and the building closed for our private event.
