Join us for a shamanic journey perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners! Most cultures believe humans have guardian spirits who help protect and guide people. Many indigenous cultures believe some of these guardian spirits take the form of spirit animals, often called power animals. Shamanic journeying is the art of traveling within yourself, beyond ordinary reality to retrieve information for change. From spirituality and health, to work and relationships, come learn how journeying can assist you in furthering your spiritual development. If you are paying at the event please RSVP going & message us so we have you included in the head count. **Suggested reading: Michael Harner - "The Way of the Shaman" **If you already know how to journey to your power animal(s) and just want to come to journey, you are welcome to do so. We will be smoke cleansing before we begin. If you have any sensitivities to smoke or incense, please let us know. You can sit or lay down during the exercises. Most people prefer to lay down. Please bring a blanket on which to lay. You may also want a pillow. Many people like to use a bandanna or some other eye cover to block light from the eyes. It is highly suggested you bring some paper and a pen or pencil to record details from your journey. Please wear clean comfortable clothes. Dressing in layers is suggested. Class to be taught by Epona
