Volunteer with OWA, the City of Delaware, and FLOW to remove invasive honeysuckle in Mingo Park, along the Olentangy River.
Help us restore the stream bank at Mingo Park at this invasive species removal event. All supplies are provided by our friends at FLOW. Dress in layers and clothes that can get dirty, with sturdy boots. We will use loppers to cut invasive bush honeysuckle, and then we will load it into a wood chipper and cover the bare soil with wood chips from the honeysuckle. Instructions will be given, all are welcome!
