Spring weather means it’s time to start dusting off those trail shoes, mountain bikes, climbing ropes and paddle-boards! Transitioning from winter hobbies to spring and summer activities involves changing how we move our bodies. Preventing injury, regaining, and building strength can be a lot easier with an intentional training routine. SheJumps is teaming up with Unite Fitness for a fun, educational, group workout geared towards preparing our bodies for our favorite warm-weather hobbies. Wear your workout attire, bring a water bottle, and get ready to sweat!
