Spend your Valentine's Day drinking cider with Artifact and learning how to make dumplings with Mimi's Chūka Diner We're teaming up with our friends at Mimi's Chūka Diner for the best kind of Valentine's Day—one filled with dumplings. Join us at 4 pm or at 6 pm on Monday, February 14 to learn how to make dumplings directly from Mimi's chefs and co-owners. Your ticket includes: - A Valentine's Day cider flight by Artifact - Step-by-step small group instruction on how to fold THREE different shapes of dumplings - All the dumplings you make! The team at Mimi's will cook up your dumplings for you to enjoy on-site. - A small goodie bag with some ingredients for you to take home and practice. Plan a date night or a fun night out with friends—everything you need to participate in the lesson will be provided, including disposable aprons, cutting boards, ingredients, and practice materials. All attendees must be 21+. In order to ensure everyone's safety while we share drinks and food, proof of vaccination will be required to attend this event.
