Run or walk with us to celebrate Black History! Join Pacers Running, Yours Truly, Asics, and Athletic Brewing Company (ABC) for a run or walk through DC celebrating Black History! Meet at Yours Truly at 10 AM. Complimentary shirts will be provided by Asics along with complimentary mimosas from Yours Truly and ABC non-alcoholic cocktails after the run and walk. 4 mile run route: Our 4 mile run goes to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial. It is the first memorial to honor an African American individual on the National Mall and is a symbol for racial equity, freedom, and justice. 2 mile walk route: Our 2 mile walk includes Charles Sumner School, one of DC’s first public school buildings dedicated to black public education, and Black Lives Matter Plaza. *To learn more about black history and culture in DC, visit washington.org.
