DETROIT, MI — The Detroit Lions have closed their training facility in Allen Park after two players tested positive for the coronavirus, team officials said Monday morning.
As a result, the team will be conducting its meetings with players and coaches virtually Monday, according to a statement.
"As a precaution, the team practice facility is currently closed and our players and coaches are conducting meetings remotely today," the team said in a statement. "As we adhere to our Intensive Protocols and conduct contact tracing, we will continue to communicate closely with the NFL and its medical staff and gather more information."
