This 6 week course is all about Discovering Your True Self through Meditation In this course you will learn to: -Meditate. You will learn some basic meditations and be able to incorporate them into your daily routine for improved serenity and upliftment -Clean and clear your energy field and set healthy boundaries, which raises your vibration -Live more authentically and discover your true self -Identify your limiting beliefs and release them for good! (Turn Your Inner Critic into your Inner Coach) -Heal yourself by letting go of negative emotions and tapping into the flow of life -Awaken to your true purpose -Practice with like-hearted local women in a safe and supportive community All levels welcome!
