According to researchers, ever since social media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Instagram, blogs, and other communication technologies have emerged as popular peer networking tools, many large and small businesses, as well as non-profit organizations and educational institutions, have incorporated social media into their organizational communication activities. Of course, there are opportunities and challenges that come with the use of social media. Social media has had an impact in so many ways.
