3-day training event focusing on understanding and identifying the conditions that contribute to human error in the workplace. Attend the full Human Factors Analysis Training which combines Human Factors Analysis with the Facilitated Investigation Workshop. This bundled training provides students with an immediate opportunity to apply the skills they learn by participating in the investigation of a realistic incident at the end of the course.
