Athena is a loving, protective, and a beautiful six year old Rottweiler. The owner, Katie, due to work schedule and moving feels she is unable to meet the needs that Athena needs in terms of attention and daily care. Athena is protective of human beings and will bark at people getting too close to a property line. Athena is shy and timid at first meeting with folks. She becomes your best friend within 30 minutes to a hour. Athena had an old meniscus injury that she healed timidly from and you can sometimes notice a hesitation in her step that she has had for about a year. Athena does not do well in crates. Athena has done very well in the past living male dogs and female cats. Athena loves children. Looking for a good home 🏠
