Mr. Magic is Pittsburgh’s premier car wash. We opened our first location almost 60 years ago and have grown to five locations today. We are seeking full-time and part-time production associates at our location in Bridgeville. The positions would entail all aspects of the car wash process. Starting wage rate is $12.00/hr - $14.00/hr. • Opportunities for wage increases and promotions. • Bonuses available - additional $3.00/hr ($15.00/hr - $19.00/hr) • Opportunities for wage increases and promotions • Medical/dental/vision insurance is available for full-time employees within first 30 days of employment. • Paid time off days is available for full-time and part-time employees. The types of attributes and qualities we seek in you are • Customer service skills – enjoys customers and wants to interact with customers • Previous customer service experience is helpful • Good work ethic including being dependable and punctual • Cares about cars and doing quality work • Able to follow the Mr. Magic procedures for proper cleaning of vehicles • Flexibility to work a schedule with early evening hours and weekend days periodically The hiring process includes a realistic working interview at a car wash location in which you may be asked to perform some duties associated with car washing.
