[ATTN: WELDERS] I need custom piece fab'ed for a leg press machine...

Description

ATTN: WELDERS, ANYBODY WITH INSIGHT ON GYM MACHINES I recently acquired a plate-loaded leg press machine from one of my cleanout jobs, but it's missing the leg bar ("Trolley Assembly, P/N# PFW-7875"), where you would brace your feet and push the weight up the incline. This same part also has the pegs on either side to hold the weight load during your reps. I have confirmed with the manufacturer that an exact replacement part is no longer in circulation for order. So my only hope for bringing this machine back to life lies in the hands of a skilled welder. I'm looking for solid recommendations on where I might be able to have a welder or machine shop custom fabricate me something biomechanically safe & sufficient to recreate this integral part, since, without it, the machine is essentially reduced to scrap metal... I've wanted a leg press for a long time to add to my homegym, and feel like this is my golden opportunity, if I can just figure this out. The end result does not need to be pretty, just safe & sturdy. Please, no DIY home-remedy suggestions involving duct-tape, staples, or imbibement of any Bud Lights beforehand...🙃 Thanks in advance for anyone who can point me in the right direction! 🙏
