We're more than halfway through Winter, and what better way to bring some warmth, and inspiration into your life than by gathering together in sacred space and energy. Our intention is that you feel good- mind, body, and soul. For your aura to be electric. 33 floors up, surrounded by the sparkle of our city, we'll be lifting you to your highest, most connected self. Thursday, February 24th is when we're cranking up the tunes, and the mood-boosting vibes! Aubre Winters will guide us through a musically driven sculpt-to-the-beat ‘Sweat Session’. This will be followed by Katy Hanlon's heart-opening vinyasa yoga flow. DJ alissa.jo will be providing the soundtrack to this soul-nourishing experience. We'll end class with a cosmic sound healing meditation from the talented Jay Taylor. A portion of your ticket will be donated to a Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health. An incredible Chicago-based organization that provides immediate resources, and therapy for those in need in underserved communities. Feel good, do good type of vibes, babes!
