Learn about the different types of cheese! This is a beginners course aimed at expanding your knowledge of cheese. This is a beginners course aimed at expanding your knowledge of cheese. Learn about the different types of cheese with Bob & Rachel. We will offer examples of each type of cheese and include an appropriate pairing (jams, pickle, etc.) Plan for the class to run an hour to an hour and a half. At the end of the class you will be given time to purchase any of the cheeses from the pairings. This class will be held at Wicked Voodoo Event center off Wald Rd next to Guadalupe Brewing Company.
