We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders such as the market ready process as well as additional required tasks. Responsibilities: • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Promote good public relations with residents and co-workers through a positive "team work" attitude • Display a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents, vendors, and other employees Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • High School Education or Trade School Diploma Required Compensation: Dependent on experience
